Standard Guide Fee and Tour Fee
Hitonomori Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") sets forth the standards for the guide fee in relation to the tourist guide services called the "Nagoya Guided Private Tours, Sightseeing and Experience" (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") that the Company provides.
Standards for Guide Fee and Guide Conditions
Prices indicated on this page are for order-made private tours. If price information is indicated with a tour information, that price will be apllied.
There are three categories of guide fees: value, standard, VIP and inclusive. All prices include 10% VAT and credit card transaction charges.
Value guide fee applies to Nagoya City and nearby places within 8 hours. No prior booking of transportation, accomodation nor admission can be made. Your guide is still a regisitered professional but may be a novice. Value guide fee under the Services is 27,500 yen including VAT.
Standard guide fee applies to the trips which require certain level of consultation with the Company's staff for customizing your itinerary. Standard guide fee under the Services is 44,000 yen including VAT.
VIP guide fee applies to the need of well experienced guide. VIP guide fee under the Services is 66,000 yen including VAT.
Inclusive guide fee applies to the trips which require thourough consultation with the Company and the bookings of transportaion, accomodation and/or admission. The price will be quoted upon inquiries including various fares and fees during the trip.
Standard Meeting Place and Break UP Place
Standard meeting and break up places with the Registered Guide shall be within Nagoya City.
When the Customer requests a place outside Nagoya City (i.e. the Chubu International Airport) as the meeting and break up place, the Customer shall incur the Registered Guide's travel expenses between Nagoya Station and the meeting and break up place.
Standard Number of Tour Members
Standard guide fee under the Services apply to a maximum of 10 Customers (including children). An additional fee will be charged when more than 10 Customers intend to use the Services. Several Registered Guides may be required in case the number of Customers is high. Please ask the Company in advance.
Services included in the Guide Fee
Except Inclusive guide fee, all other guide fees under the Services include only the guide services provided by the Registered Guide. All other expenses shall be payed by the Customer.
Some other fees such as credit card transaction fees and reservation fees may be added depending on your mode of payment and services requested by the Customer.
The Customer shall pay at least 30% of the guide fee with consumption tax (VAT) added as a deposit no later than 30 days prior to the day of guided tour. The remaining payable guide fee shall be paid no later than 14 days prior to the day of guided tour.
If the Customer need the booking of bus, reserved seats of trains, accomodations and/or other services that require the certain amount of deposit upon booking, the Customer shall pay the amount of the deposit and service charges upon booking to secure the reservation. Delaying of the payment may cause the loss of reservation. The Company cannot guarantee any reservation without the timely payment of the deposit.
Payment can be made by online credit payment system.
Costs Incurred by the Customers during the Tour
Costs required during the tour conducted under the Services including but not limited to the following shall be payed by the Customer.
- Travel expenses between the meeting place and the tour destination. This includes travel expenses of the Registered Guide. (i.e. Train, bus, taxi, etc.)
- Admission fees and other similar fees. Admission or service fees of facilities. When the Registered Guide needs to accompany the Customer to the facility, the Customer shall incur the fees for the Registered Guide. (i.e. admission fee of a museum, event workshop fee, etc.)
- Food and beverage. The Customer shall pay all costs related to food and beverage. When the Customer requests to the Registered Guide to join in meals, the Customer shall incur the Registered Guide's meal cost.
- Cost to buy souvenir and other similar goods.
- Overtime guide fee. In the event that the tour exceeds 8 hours, the Customer shall pay the aforementioned overtime guide fee in cash directly to the Registered Guide.
If you need prior reservation of transportation, etc.
In the event that a customer requests for a tour including prior arrangement and procurement of accommodation, transportation, meals and other bookings of facilities, the Fun Lead International Co., Ltd., a business partner of the Company, will be your main contractor of the tour. Thus, please make sure to read the terms of service of the Fun Lead International Co., Ltd., if you need such arrengements.
Hitonomori Co., Ltd. and Fun Lead International Co., Ltd. will provide you a single itinerary and a quotation including everything.
